Sundara Intimacy

Unlock the Passion

Take a journey to having a deeper and more intimate connection with your lover by learning techniques and practices of the Kama Sutra, Tantra, and the Tao.

Sundara Intimacy takes its principles, concepts, and techniques from the ancient texts of The Tao, The Kama Sutra, and Tantra.

The Tao

A Chinese philosophy that means "the way" or "the path".  It is a concept that is fundamental to a harmonious connection with the universe and the natural world. The principles of Yin and Yang, opposite and complemental energies coming together to create balance, are also part of the Tao philosophy.  The Tao of Loving is a collection of techniques and principles that guide sex practices like ejaculation control, sexual positions, and visual signs of a woman's satisfaction.  There are three basic concepts, the man has to find a frequency of ejaculation that is appropriate for his age and physical ability, ejaculation is not the climax for the man, and lastly, the woman's satisfaction is an integral part of love making.  In the successful practice of the Tao of Loving the man is able to control his ejaculation, therefore being able to prolong his love making, increasing his time to please the woman.

The Kama Sutra

An Indian Hindu text on love that covers everything from sexual union to duties of a wife.  It is broken down into seven books and 36 parts. One of the beliefs of the Kama Sutra is that sex is part of a healthy lifestyle and should be enjoyed often.  There are discussions on kissing, biting, seduction, and sexual acts. When you use the Kama Sutra as a sexual guide you are using positions and techniques that have been used for hundreds of years to achieve the highest levels of pleasure, health, and connection with your lover.

Tantra

Tantra is also an Indian text of sexual practices and techniques, along with meditation.  The practice of having a tantric intimate experience involves the ability of both lovers to focus on their mental, emotional, and physical connection during sex.  Tantric sex includes all five of the senses.  It is creating an environment that has exotic aromas in the air, soft lighting, erotic sounds in the background, soft and bright fabric against your skin, and the taste of your lover in your mouth.  It is becoming so emotionally intertwined with each other all that matters is your lovers satisfaction.  Tantra stimulates the most powerful tool for sexual arousal and satisfaction, the mind.
